I pretty much fainted while watching this on the live feeds! Alex shows off his bod in the sauna while doing a quick crunch - exercise routine. Natalie talks on and on the whole time. For all us girls out there, this is when the feeds come in really handy! Alex is SOOOOO hot! Video after the jump!
